Thank you for helping this poor kitty BrokenAngel. It always breaks my heart when people do not take care of their animals. No sense of responsibility whatsoever... It is sad enough to see a skinny stray, but at least you know that he/she is a stray who has no one to take care of them. But when I see a neglecting owner... It's just bad.
