Default Home Remedy Tips For Dry Hair

1. Add two tablespoons of gram flour to 1 cup of coconut milk. Massage gently into the scalp. Rinse the hair after 5 minutes. Use this method once a week.

2. You can make your own conditioner by mixing one tablespoon of castor oil, one tablespoon of glycerin, one teaspoon of cider vinegar, and a teaspoon of protein to a tablespoon of mild herbal shampoo. Apply to scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing.

3. Massage the scalp with warm almond oil or olive oil.

4. Add a teaspoon of lavender oil to coconut oil and heat for a few seconds. Massage the mixture into the scalp at night and shampoo hair the next morning. Follow this procedure twice a week for soft and shiny hair.

5. Eat a diet rich in zinc. Zinc deficiency is one of the main causes for dry hair.

Do you have any other home remedy tips for dry hair? If so, please list them here. Thanks!

Wow-- those are great tips... I don't think I have any of the stuff at home though-
When my hair is dry- I always use Dove conditioner- The intense kind that you leave in your hair for a bit. I'd love to use more natural products though.

A little off topic - lemon is horrible for your hair. Anything acidic should not go on your hair or skin it will dry it out or make it brittle.
