Default Black Heads

How can we remove black heads from our nose? Is there any permanent solution?

Blackheads are the result of the over production of oil by glands contained in our skin, exacerbated by the improper shedding of old skin. Before attempting to squeeze a blackhead, open up your pores by steaming your face, and then use a blackhead remover or some clean tissue to remove the blockage. Be very gentle when removing blackheads because being too aggressive will only force the blockage deeper into the skin causing a pimple. You can also try making a home made remedy by mixing honey into a clay mask to help draw out impurities. A mild exfoliant made up of almond meal, honey, yogurt, with a few drops of lavender and tea tree essential oil, massaged in a circular motion, will gently cleanse the skin and help to soften and dislodge blocked pores.

These are just a few examples of how to remove and treat blackheads. Does anyone have any other tips?

Great advice-- I just pick them out. I will try the opening up the pores the next time- I do have to say that they were always easier to get out after a shower when the room was still steamy.
I use a blackhead face wash also. I love the way it feels. (it's gritty) and feels like it is really doing the trick.

A wash containing salicylic acid is good for blackheads. It is natural, and is the active substance in White Willow Bark.

I use a "wire extractor" I got it from a beauty supplier. It removes them very easily without irritating your entire face. i love MINE.

I always use egg whites. I use it like a mask let it dry and pill or wash it off while I am in the shower. I hadly ever have problems with my skin. I use it about one ever two weeks. been using it since I was a teenager.
